Hi I am 23 years old and I am doing gym from last 2 years with out taking any protein. So now I am think to take a protein so can I take a protein or not for the workout (gym)

Healthy food ,good appetite, avoiding fast food & too much sugar is very best. Take multivitamins, vegetables and green leaf vegetables.
