I have problem of stammer ,I m 23 old and m professional. I have been watching I feel stammer when I want to talk in phone ,good personality person. Also when I want to start conversation to anybody I feel stammer. Mostly word start from A, P,k I feel stammer I am very disappointed with that I searched internet where I saw prayanam, Indian gooseberry also I tried homeopathy but still I do.

The reason for the stammer is some fear that is still lurking from yoru past. The stammering is an adaptation and merely dealing with the fear may not totally suffice: you need to deal with the adaptation which has become a habit to remove it completely. Those particular letters that pose problems must be your focus and with time and practice you will overcome the stammer. You need to practice saying the vowels by reciting them out and as well as singing them out. Even sentences you find difficult can be sung and by reduction, you can recite the last word and then make it two words and so on. You could also go for elocution classes and public speaking training. You could attend toastmasters club in your city. The counseling will help you in all these processes.
