Hi, I have a dandruff problem which is disturbing me a lot and I am itching my head all the time. Neither m not concentrating on my work nor m sleeping properly. Could you please give me some advice to get rid of it. If I rub my scalp, the white moisture pieces are coming out of my head and it is making me to itch all da tym. Please suggest me a good medicines or shampoos or ny treatment to get rid of this issue. Thanks.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.
