Skin irritation or dimpling. 3. Breast pain. 4. Nipple pain or the nipple turning inward. 5. Redness, scaliness, or thickening of the nipple or breast skin.

Breast cancer most commonly presents as painless lump, nipple discharge, redness of skin, asymmetric breasts, lump in armpits, enlargement of one of the breast etc. It is treated by surgery primarily follow ed by other treatments like chemotherapy, radiotherapy hormonal therapy depending on histopathology and immunohistochemistry.

The lump / nodule could be hard and painless with irregular edges or it could also be soft, rounded, tender and painful. B. Enlarged lymph nodes in the axilla which are palpable. C. Swelling of whole or a part of a breast. This is even if there is no distinct lump felt. D. Retraction or thickening of the nipple (s). E. Pain in the breast or nipple. F.
