Hello, Sir Actually I am a student. And From last 6 Months. I feel that my hair growth has changed drastically. Before 6 Months When I cut my hairs they takes 20 Days to cover my full head (long hair. But Now, It takes 1 and 10 or 20 days to grow long hair. What would I do. And hairs has gone from sides also. I am sad and I am thinking might be it is causing due to night study. Plz,Sir tell me the remedy.

Hi lybrate-user, for regrowth of hairs use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day.
