Hello, don't take tension, be relaxed. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid heavy dinner and late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals. Being in sales job requires you to travel constantly. So you tend to eat outside mostly. 1. Choose healthier options when eating outside: Steamed momo, Dhokla, Khandvi, Lassi, Buttermilk, Soup, Stew, Sprouts chaat, Salads, Idli, Plain dosa, Uttapam, Suji upma, Coconut water, Dal chila, muri-ghugni, steamed/grilled fish. 2. Keep certain items handy in your bag to avoid skipping meals- Roasted chana, makhana, nuts, oilseeds, whole fruit, premix (homemade that can be reconstituted with water & had) 3. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3 large meals only. This will keep you healthier & energetic. 4. Keep yourself well hydrated-Drink 3 litres water daily. 5. Try to carry at least 1 packed lunch from home if possible as outside food is less hygienic, expensive & unhealthy. 6. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport. Take stairs instead of lift/ escalator 7. Brisk walk/ practice yoga daily for 1/2 hr early morning. 8. Sleep & wake up as per a regular routine. Have a sound sleep.
