I often feel sleepy in daytime even if I had a sound sleep on night. And also even if I go to bed at the earlier I'm not able to sleep for a long time. What is the cause? Is there anything that I have to change in my lifestyle.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms,legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.
