I am 24 yrs old and I am facing a hair fall problem from quite a long time and I have tried many hairfall shampoos and conditioner but with no relief. I don't have dandruff but there is itching if I don't wash it for two or more days continuously. My hair is weak from the roots and enitre strand comes off recommend me something to stop my hair fall.

Hi, kindly stop experimenting with so many shampoos at frequent intervals, go for some mild herbal shampoo which suits your hair and then stick to it, dont use conditioner as of now as you are having excessive hair fall and if you have straight and silky hair then it is better to avoid conditioner as much as possible. Wash your hair 2-3 times/week after oiling before 1 days and keeping it for whole day, go for mild coconut or olive oil only. Also undergo followinng investigations and revert back to me. Cbc, fbs, thyroid profile, vitamin b12, vitamin d3 and s. Ferritin. Meanwhile take care of your diet and drink plenty of water. Include milk in your daily routine take walnuts, almonds and black raisins include green tea and soya products in your routine have proper sleep and avoiid stress, if stress is difficult to handle, you can consult me as homeopathy has treatment for such associated factors also.
