Hi Doctor, actually I got selected in BPO but it's Rotational night shift. To make myself healthy n keep normal Wat I have do?

Avoid oily, spicy,fast food, bakery food, avoid extra tea ,coffee ,cold drinks during night duty, take half time sleep (before eating) on next day of night duty, keep cows ghee in diet regularly, warm water for drinking, take complete rest after night duty, use oil massage on The soles after night duty, do yoga, pranayam regularly, walking, Best Luck.
