Dear Aadhi, prediction of risk for heart attack is not as straightforward as you might think or we make you think. Those who smoke certainly have higher risk compared to non smokers. Same for hyperlipidemia. But in your case your hdl is a bit low but other values are not alarming. Bottom line is you need to follow healthy lifestyle with healthy diet and exercise and stop smoking. Avoid no veg as much as possible considering high uric acid level.
