Sir I have a habit of sleeping in afternoons n I am not able to control my sleep s I am studying for long time for exams can you suggest some measure with food control or exercises to reduce my habit which is creating problems for me.

dont take a heavy meal oily spicy and maida made too.keep yourself active make a goal so you can not sleep in afternoon. must sleep 6-7 hrs soun sleep in the night. do yoga wal regularly in the morning.
