My weight was 63 kg last year November. My height 150 cm. I got knee pain while using stair case. So I joined gym to reduce my weight. I after 5 months I reduced after that my weight 55 kg. After that my weight is not reducing. It's been 3 months I left out gym. But I am doing exercise regularly at home by using elliptical aerobics abs. Daily 600 calories Wil burn. I am seeing my weight is increasing now it's 56 kg. I am not eating junk foods, rice too. Chapati, morning and night idly, green tea, 4 litres water that's it. Why it's not reducing? I don't have thyroid too. My knee is not reduced either. But Dr. advised my weight should be 50 below. It's been 5 months weight not reducing. Instead it's started increasing.
