I am losing hair fall for last months. I tried many shampoos but it did not effect ??. How can I improve my hair fall or make it long?

To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal.
2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight.
Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet
drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day.
Last but not the least checks your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall.

Add in your food calcium, mimirales,proteins, vitamines,green vegitabales, salad,dry fruites, fruites,etc. Massage keva natural hair oil morning end night with finger tips. Increase intake of protein diet.
