I am getting fatter day by day. I live in a pg and due to my college timings I have to eat food outside. Due to this I have gained alot of weight. How can I come back in shape?

hi. wt u can do is avoid taking heavy fried food, everytime u eat out. eat bhuna chana and nuts as snacks, it makes ur tummy feel full and takes time to digest it. avoid overeating and start some sort of exercise like morning walk, cycling, swimming etc. add some lemon water to ur diet in order to improve ur digestive system.

Hi Mannat, try and eat more healthy foods. take 3 to 4 fruits in a day. drink 1.5 to 2 liters water daily. remove time to do 45 mins to 1 hour of exercise daily. avoid too much maida, breads, and oily food.
