I'm having cramps in both my ankles and wrists. Also I'm feeling kind of feverish. It's been so since last night. I had first thought that I caught cold but now the pain in the joints is increasing. What can it be? I could not visit a doctor cuz it's an off day due to some festival.

Avoid overexertion Apply hot fomentation Do contrast bath therapy for hands- take hot water in one bowl & cold in another, first dip hands upto wrist in hot water for 3min then immediately in cold water for 1min, keep repeating for 20min twice a day Do ankle pumps & ankle & sole of feet stretching Do hand stretches

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment if you have pain and swelling. 2. Drink plenty of water. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Start with multivitamin and vitamin E for one month.
