I can wake up late till night but getting up early leads to migraine problem. I cannot sleep very early cos of work. What should I do?

Inadequate sleep is an important precursor to migraine. So you better have a full night sleep and avoid getting up before your sleep is full. If you have to get up for work make a habit to go to bed early so that you wake up fresh and without headaches. Avoid alcohol or smoking too.
