Something fell on my head few years back, and since then I had been having severe headache, I did CT scan but nothing was found. I consulted doctors, some call migraine while others call cluster, but still no solution, please help am dying.

First of all, get the thought out of your head that you are dying. You need to describe headache pattern in details to identify whether it's cluster or migraine headache. The history of trauma may be just incidental and your CT scan is Normal too. Below is a brief outline of migraine and Cluster headache for your reference. Consult again for further queries. . Characteristics of Cluster headache are: 1. Severe unilateral headache around the eyes. 2. Headache lasts for 15 to 180 minutes. 3. There is Redness or watering of eyes/ nose, Eyelid swelling, Severe restlessness or agitation. 4 Headache can occur once every alternate day to 8 per day. Characteristics of Migraine headache are: Migraine headache is characterised by unilateral pulsating headache associated with nause/vomiting and photophobia / phonophobia. There are triggers for migraine like sun exposure, certain foods or smell, lack of sleep, excess caffeine etc. The triggers are variable for different patients.
