Hello Lybrate user, You have to have balanced diet for losing weight in healthy way. Add salads and buttermilk in your diet. Eat other types of carbs along with wheat and rice like ragi, barley. Rate of weight loss is high in the beginning and then there is plateau, rate varies from person to person.

You are on a Crash Diet, which is not advisable. Such diets show some results in a week or two but over a period of next 2-3 months, you will come back to your normal diet and normal weight. You should try to reduce gradually. Eat more fruits, reduce sugar, reduce fried stuff. Drink more water. Do intensive exercise i.e add joggin daily. Aim to improve fitness. Aim to be healthy.
