I am 22 years old man, my height was 5.2 inches, my mother was 5. 3 inches, I was very bad in following good diet from childhood especially at an age of 14 to 19 due to my education pressure. Hi lybrate-user, Restriction on height is 18 years for males. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. You can increase your height 2 -3 inches without age limit.
