Hello I am 22 year old, I am suffering from depression from past year. I currently pursuing third year of my bachelor degree in information technology but I can't even clear the examination. I should pass out in 2015 but I can't. I want to change my career but I don't know what to do. I don't have much friends and social life. All of my friends have good job and relationship s I start feeling jealous about them. Please I help me I want passionate career but don't know what to do I have lot of interest. I feel highly depressed please help or give me suggestions.

You need to approach your depressive symptoms professionally, rather than feeling it s your own ill doing. Depression can occur due to medical reasons or external resons or a combination of both. Consult a psychiatrist, depending on the type, and severity of depression, remedy in the form of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and antidepressants will be suggested for recovery. All the best.
