I am using exercise and ginger and green tea for stomach fat reduction and for at least healthy belly. But I am studying too much by sitting in same position, so I think I need some advice how to reduce the belly fat and my sitting position. Suggest me anything.

To reduce belly fat, exercises/yoga for half an hour daily. Try to eat healthy and unprocessed food daily. You can have 4 cups of green tea daily.
