Take high protein and high calories diet. Take paneer sandwich, soya milk, tofu,boiled potatoes, milk and milk products. After dinner take any sweet item. Do stretching exercise alternates days nd cycling.

Follow diet charts for weight gain. Eat 3 meals with 2 small meals. Take food in proper time and do not skip the meal. Include nuts, soya milk, milk and milk products, whole grains, pulses etc.
