There are combinations of Calcium and Vitamin D tablets too which are available. However, it is always advisable to get the serum calcium levels assessed once. I would like to know what exactly you meant by weak bones. If it is osteoporosis, then it is an age related process, mainly occurring in post menopausal females. Calcium and vitamin D does help in this condition. However, a number of other medications are available like bisphosphonates (oral and injection) and hormone therapies. Regards
