My father is 98 years old and now a days he normally has a egg and toast for dinner. I too eat that once a while but I enjoy my veges and non veges for dinner. I am 61 and have spinal injuries due to which I cannot exercise or bend or life more then 3-4 kg. I still put on weight even if I have kidchi or stews for lunch and dinner. I drink 3 times a week -2 pegs at a time not more. How do I lose weight?

For decreasing your weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
