I have not seen a very small lump on chin but when I deep touch it will have feeling of lump it is very small and cannot painful as well I have some breathing issues and acid, stuck feeling, sore throat sometimes not all time in throat. Is it normal or not. Is it more dangerous disease symptoms like cancer etc.
