Hello my daughter she 2 years 8 months. My doctor ask me to take. Scan for her the reason is that one heart beat is faster than other. Is it normal coz that's making me get more scared and stress out. Her activities are normal and she very active.

You seem to be saying the heart beats are faster sometime and slower sometime or the rate is irregular. Yes if that is the case, or the heart sounds show some abnormality, it is necessary to get her cardiac status evaluated. Sometimes there are congenital valvular problems which may cause developmental difficulties in the child. It is better to do a Doppler scan instead of getting scared.
