Bad posture at the time of computer operation or sliding forward on Chair for long hours or watching TV lying down in semi. Sitting position Are common causes. So correct your posture and do spinal exercise- Lying on your belly keeping the arms on your sides-slowly raise your Head & shoulders stay for a while & relax do it 10 times every morning.
