I'm 21 years old and my weight is 53 kg. Sir my question is that I do workout at gym daily with a proper diet of protien but my weight and my muscles are not growing what's the problem?

To gain weight or if gyming. It's not only proteins that are important. If you try to concentrate only on protein intake your body will still breakdown. You need to have a balanced meal and what you take pre workout and post workout as meals also are crucial because it depends on the type of work out. So, many factors need to be considered to understand why you are not gaining weight.
