Hi I run 9 km in 1 hr 05 minutes on an average daily between 6 am to 7 am. Should I reduced the km or shall I continue. Please let me know how many km should I run. My body weight is 78 kg now and I eat lots of non-veg and heavy dinner in night.

Hello, It depends on how well is your body trained. Eating heavy dinners is not recommendable for anyone. If your body can sustain the level of energy ,you csn surely go ahead,provided you do nott have any cardiac troubles.

Eating heavy dinner is not advisable in any case. Avoid fried non veg. You can run in the manner you are if your strength allows it and you don?t feel any cardiac problem.
