hello Bijay..1st main important thing if you feel low stamina low energy level then check your vitamine D and thyroid level.. 2nd thing improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism.. take high protein diet.. maximum intake of fruit juices.. include dry mixed nuts in your diet.. drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. always rest after taking meal.. avoid smoking if you do..
