Since two year having problem of severe stiffness & pain in between neck & shoulder region .my physiotherapist told me its needle or tight bands of muscles is there which are keep occurring despite taking treatment and muscle relaxant, painkiller. My vitamin level is 14. For which I am taking supplements. I wanted to know why this type of problem is occurred continually and is there any treatment for this?
