Hello, Fluid intake is important. Exercising everyday help you maintain stamina levels and you always feel fresh. Avoid hawkers foods. Sleep or rest well. Gradually try and cut down your work hours or be more organised. Sleep deprivation affects maintaining good help. Eat healthy nutritious food.
