I am 22 years old male. 5 months ago I had endoscopy it showed I have columnar lined oesophagus. And in by biopsy report it was written sections show gastric body type mucosa lined by mucinous epithelium devoid of any dysplasia. Squamous epithelium is not found. Is it barrettes? And after the endoscopy my symptoms increased day by day. Before endoscopy I had very less symptoms. Now everyday I have some symptom. I am taking neksium 40 daily. Can you suggest me what to do?
