I am 21, female, Ht-5.3" and Wt-58 kgs. My chest size is approximately 34 C and my breasts are very saggy for anyone my age due to frequent use of sports bra. How do I tighten the muscles/reduce fat there? Do I need to do anything specific-like some exercise or precaution while eating etc? Is it too late? Please help!
