Sir my hairs are getting white & fall down also. What should I do? Is there any permanent treatment? Which oil & shampoo should I use? Or should I take vitamin b12 tablet?

Yes, Vitamin b 12 will help you for white hairs. And To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd apply on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use either onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tab bd with water after meal. Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for over night.
Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet
drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day.
And please avoid any chemical base shampoo and oil.
Last but not the least check your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall or may be the cause of hair fall is environmental change.

Many factors are involved in the process of hair loss like Tension or stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors, unadequate sleep or diet etc. A careful analysis of the person is required to initiate the treatment
From Home remedy part you can use following: Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black.
Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time (Mfg. By Robin Herbal Healthcare products. )& wash with
robin plus herbal shampoo.
Clean oil is recommended if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching.
