I have small and hard swelling on my wrist like something has come out inside the wrist after doing push-ups. I do regular push ups but I don't feel any pain on that swelling part. I am worried about it. Please tell me what should I do?

It could be ganglon on the wrist. If its not troubling like pain, difficulty in movements, then no treatment is needed. If its troubling you consult an orthosugeon who may suggest removal of it apart from medicines. Depending on your inclination you can follow the advise. The swelling has nothing to do with push ups and you can continue with the them. Good luck.
