Good afternoon doctor. My problem is excessive hair fall from last 15 days. I was thinking that may be it is becoz of rainy season. I am tensed becoz of it. Before 15-20 days I changed my shampoo from garner fruits to garner Ultra blends nd also I am taking a tonic M2Tone from 15-20 days. please help me.

Hello lybrate-user your problem may be temporary due to whether, if it continues get your Hb tested, start taking tab Hautvit forte daily, Hairvital Shampoo on alternate days, have good high protein diet like pander eggs n avoid sugary n fast food.

Hello shruti to prevent hair fall you need to improve ur diet like take milk,eggs, protein rich diet n massage ur scalp with two or three oils mixed well like coconut, amla,almond etc
