First try having a regular healthy physical activity routine & that is start your day at the same time every morning, relaxed mornings, little physical activity,--like walk, yoga, pranayam etc; avoid bed during day time, eat lots of fluids, socialise,evening walk/yoga/meditation, join some social clubs or groups. Eat light in dinner & go to bed when feeling sleepy ,don't go to bed & wait for sleep-rather go to bed when feeling sleepy.
