I have two kids one is boy (3 year)& another girl (1.6 year). I want to know. There diet schedule and timing for there good health. They never say mummy I am hungry. I am always taking food according to and forcefully feeding them. I am making at least 4 to 5 hours gap. Please tell me the right diet ,time and quantity as per there age and boy having 15 kg weight and girl having 10.5 kg weight. They both are having normal weight and health. But how to make there interest for food. I don't want to feed them forcefully. It too much horrible.

Kids hav these types of actions sometyms. Even a tastier dish are sour for them. Make different presentation for dishes. Like star shaped roti. Boat shaped dosa. Moulds for veggies n fruits. Like tat. Make equal intervals between meals.

Keep a gap of 3-4 hours and twice a day you can feed them high protein shakes, milkshakes, masala milk etc. For kids, appearance of food is very important then it's taste. Make a pleasant looking recipes which persuade them to eat. Never force-feed. It doesn't work.

You can incorporate vegetables in flour or make as a roll to serve differently to feel yummy to them for exemple you can mix carrot and peas in idly and dhokla you can make moong dal cheela roll stuffed with paneer and vegetables to make it yummy with nice appearance.
