I am 54 years old woman. My ht is 4'11" and wt is 62 kg. I gained wt during my menopause. Please suggest some remedy to control my wt.

1.Do regular aerobics exercise like brisk walking for 45 minutes daily 2.Control diet 3.Avoid sweet, sugar,excess oily/fatty/cholesterol rich/Saturday fat and carbohydrate rich diet 4.Take green leafy vegetables, fruit,salad, Take 5.Drink plenty of water 6.Avoid junk food, bakery items like pizza, burger etc 7.Do yoga/pranayama/ deep breathing exercise.
