Pseudo exotropia is a condition where one of the eye seems deviated outwards on a normal look. It is usually due to facial/ periocular skin features rather than organic defect. There is nothing that one need to do for the same as there is no disease. One can seek a opinion regarding cosmetic correction of periocular features if one feels that it too apparent on a normal look, though chances of the same maybe remote.
