I lost somebody before 2 months who is important in my life. I am totally depressed and I am feeling like I HV lost myself. I can't forget that person. Pls give me some solution to this problem.

Hello dear lets be very straight anyone coming to our world has got to go, so where ever that person is try giving that person the satisfaction of you being able to cope with the loss. Start healthy morning routine of fixed time, then walk/yoga/meditation/religious activities on a regular basis, mornings shd be relaxed, avoid bed during day time, socialise, take lots of fluids, eat balanced diet, go to bed when feeling sleepy, don" t wait for sleep while lying in the bed, stop t.v. Mobile. Laptop--computer an hour before bed time, listen to music of choice, or read something till you feel sleepy, wishing you all the best!
