More important is How you brush, that is the Brushing Technique. It matters more and its a good habit that you floss and use mouthwash daily. However I would recommend you not to use Mouthwash on a daily basis as it can cause discoloration over a period of time. You can continue with brushing and flossing to prevent any gum disease.

Flossing is done usually to remove anything struck inbetween teeth I.e after eating and mouth wash anytime u can but doing as soon after eating is not advised it might cause vomiting or nausea feeling half an hour after eating is better

Hello, Yes this is enough for you to brush twice daily and to use mouthwash also. Flossing is not for regular purposes. You have to limit that and use floss only when there is a food particle in between teeth. Use alcohol free mouthwash after brushing is enough to maintain a good oral health. Also sometimes it is needed to get your teeth cleaned by dentist for complete hygiene of mouth because they can reach at the part of teeth where you can't see.
