I am 32 years old. Whenever I wake up from bed, my heels are paining a lot and I am not able to balance. Please advise.

Hi self-management may include using ice, stretching, wearing proper footwear and altering training (exercise) methods. Ice should be applied prior to and following activity for approximately 20 minutes. Try using a frozen bottle of water and gently rolling it under the arch and heel.
