I have a lots of red, painful pimples (like boils) on my face. I used various types of cream. Soap. Face wash. Medicine. Home remedies. But no one gives me best result. Now I am taking homeopathic medicines (berberis aquifolium). Bt I am very disappointed. My acne is very painful. Due to pimples m very depressed. Pls give me best suggestions nd. Pls tell me some best soap or face wash nd cream for my painful nd red pimples pls pls pls.

Hi, avoid oily, spicy foods drink lots of water wash your face frequently with mild face wash apply the paste of oats and honey weekly once Neem is a wonderful herb that will help you for sure. Boil some neem leaves in water and keep it over night. Next morning wash your face with that water and allow till it get dry. I can give you some internal medicines too. That will help to get rid of all your problems. But for that I need to get some more details.
