You can have more of cold water. Try to have water every 15-20 min interval. Watermelon juice, lemon water with honey and pinch of salt, and even coconut water are the good options for keeping your body cool.

Dear lybrateuser, -The foods that reduce body heat are mainly fruits & vegetables like watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber, radish,lemon, orange as these have quite a high water content & help in reducing the body heat.
