I can not able to sleep at night. I try much to fall asleep. I suffer much at my bed. All my family members sleep but me not. Please tell me what problem do I have? Please solve it.

First of all get discipline in your lifestyle. Your sleeping time, food and working must timely. Sitting idle is not helpful to sound sleep. So must add 30 mnt exercise in your morning. Before going sleep listen soothing music, bhajan or guided meditation s. Take 1 glass of hot milk with misri wl also be helpful to you. And must avoide the reason to being restless.
