Hi I am 26 years old now a days at the night time I am getting at the down middle of the chest getting pain (ulcer pain) in day time mild pain in under chest and abdominal pain what a reason what shall I do from relief this pain.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your pain is due to hyperacidity -avoid fried, spicy & junk food, do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew food well, do not lye down immediately after having meals, have dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bed time -have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion & removal of toxins -do regular exercise like walking for 30 min, also do yoga for 5-10 min daily morning -have a snack in between main meals like a fruit, salad, sprouts, sandwich, buttermilk, dry fruits to reduce pain.
