Protein n fibre rich food Avoid soft drinks, packate and preserved food, cakes.ice creams. Sweets and fried stuff. Incorporate fruits and salad daily in your food intake. Avoid long gaps in-between your meals. Physical activity in any form for at least 45 min is essential. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, arbi,suran, sabudana,raw bananas in vegetables.
