Dear lybrate-user, I am concerned about your complaints. It seems like your eating habit is healthy. But, at the same time, it is also very important for you to have food at the right time. Only if your digestive fire is normal, your food gets metabolised. So prefer regular time for meals. Gap between 2 meals should not be more than 4 hours. Besides food, there are plenty of medicines in Ayurveda for increasing the quality of blood. Kindly consult me personally online. I will give you detailed guidance.

Hello, Iron rich foods are supposed to be taken with great care. Iron needs high acidity for its absorption. Lemon, lime, orange, amla, guava are some high vitamin C content foods. Also protein is equally important to develop haemoglobin. Ensure iron rich foods are taken along with vitamin C for better absorption and they should not mixed with any other nutrients. Include nuts, lentil, sprouts, dried fruits, fruits to get daily dose of iron. Tiredness and paleness is, quite common with Anaemia.

Please check for the following: Blood for CBC, ESR, R A Factor (quantitative), Serum Iron, TIBC, Serum Transferrin level, Thalassemia study The food you mentioned are not rich in iron (like milk is poor in iron content). You may take dates, Palak (Spinach), Cabbage etc. Mutton liver is a rich source, (for non-vegetarians). It could be a Thalassemia minor where Haemoglobin remains low despite adequate diet. It is hereditary state. I suggested for screening for collagen disorder like rheumatoid arthritis etc. If you have stiffness in the joints persiting for more than an hour on waking up in the morning, you may have that in you.
